Marta Pardo Bio

Marta is in charge of helping and contributing to the development and strategy of the PSA SPAIN Association through her experience as an international leader for more than 3 decades in the hospitality industry. And also as a Spanish Native. She establishes and maintains relationships with speakers and associations globally. Marta is an International Speaker and Master of Ceremonies, in French, English, and Spanish. An expert in motivation, leadership, and customer experience, ranked as an 11 Global Top Guru World’s Best Management Leaders and nominated for the Best Live Speakers Awards 2024. Author of "On the Road to Motivation" She wants to input audacity and excellence in order to impact with a positive influence the speaker's community. Marta is also the Chairman of the International Committee of the Professional Speakers Association of France and Board member and is also member of VSAI (Virtual Speakers Association International) both of them part of the Global Speakers Federation. Oliver Solano Bio

Oliver Watson Rhythm combines his passion for music and his understanding of Businness management and marketing developing interactive speeches. He is a versatile, adaptable and camaleonic character with public speaking abilities able to be the M.C of a congress or an event, deliver keynote speaker, coach teams or facilitate tailored wellbeing and communication programmes for selected clients from around the world.

Juan Carlos Durán Bio

Juan Carlos makes sure that the assets of our Association are safely looked after and that we invest in what our members really need, which includes a decent celebration here and there. He is a coach and trainer in communication skills. A public speaking champion in Spain, World Class Speaking Coach, and DTM by Toastmasters International. Josie Pont Bio

Josie is in her third year serving on the PSA Spain Executive Committee, where she fulfills multiple roles as Events Leader, PR Representative, and PSA Academia Instructor.

· As Events Leader, Josie organizes and hosts monthly online masterclasses held by well-known speakers, bringing valuable learning opportunities to the PSA community.

· As PR, she forges strategic connections with Spanish institutions to expand PSA Spain’s influence and network.

· As the Academy instructor, I co-design the syllabus and facilitate an engaging, dynamic learning experience that empowers course attendees to actively participate, develop critical skills, and apply their knowledge effectively.

With extensive experience in academia across Spain and the US, Josie now thrives as an executive coach, trainer, mentor, and speaker. Her mission is to empower women to find their voices and become catalysts for societal change.

Passionate about neuroscience, and certified in NLP, emotional intelligence and Ericksonian hypnosis, Josie leverages her knowledge to explore and advocate for female leadership and self-leadership. Her talks focus on: Empowering women as changemakers, navigating leadership challenges specific to women, cultivating a success-driven mindset, and Breaking the inner glass ceiling to achieve personal and professional breakthrough.

Tulia Lopes Bio

Tulia Lopes is a Communication Architect who empowers professionals to amplify their influence and impact in every speaking situation. 
Drawing from her decade-plus career and architectural expertise, she deconstructs  communication barriers to foster genuine  connections.
With leadership roles in multinational corporations and project management in 40+ languages, she champions effective communication's transformative potential.
She has been awarded “Women of Excellence” by the Women Economic Forum in La Hague, and "Distinguished Toastmasters" for outstanding accomplishment and leadership excellence within the organisation. She is an international speaker and trainer, having shared her message and knowledge on stages and rooms all over the globe. 
She is the author of "Leading in High Heels," and is currently the Inmediate Past President of the Professional Speakers Association of Spain.
